During the COVID pandemic, Adventure Rentals is staying open for business, while providing the safest possible environment for our staff and customers. We have increased pay to our employees, due to the elevated risk they take interacting with the public during the pandemic. We are also incurring significant expenses in cleaning and sanitation supplies, employee and customer protection, PPE and other new expenses related to COVID. The COVID surcharge helps to cover these additional expenses, as well as supplement income and expenses during potential COVID related closures. Thank you for your understanding

In response to the COVID-19 virus Jackson Hole Adventure Rentals has developed the following procedures to keep our employees and customers as safe as possible. Employees will maintain 6 feet distance from customers when possible and will wear face masks during any in person interaction with customers, customers will also be required to wear masks and maintain 6 feet of distance while interacting with our staff. Masks are provided at the entrance to each office.
Please contact our office immediately if: anyone in your group is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or anyone in your group has been in contact with someone diagnosed or presumed to have COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
Our helmets are thoroughly sanitized in between usage using alcohol. Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk and all frequently touched surfaces are cleaned regularly.
